The Lotis-Chaudhary Development Group (LCD Group) is a joint-venture development firm established by the Lotis Group and the Chaudhary Petroleum Group. The Lotis Group brings decades of South Florida development experience to the table, including site acquisition, design, entitlements, permitting, financing, and execution for both residential and mixed-use projects. The Chaudhary Development Group provides vast commercial development and operations experience with specific expertise in convenience stores with fuel, car wash facilities, food service, and hospitality.
With a breadth of experience in all aspects of ground-up development and operations, the LCD Group provides the stability required for an extensive range of both private and institutional investors. Our goal at the LCD Group is to brand partner with the best single-tenant clients available and create the next generation of consumer experience within the convenience store and hospitality sectors.
7-Eleven Portfolio Management
The Chaudhary Petroleum Group (CPG) is designated as a 7-Eleven Portfolio Partner. CPG possesses the in-house expertise to not only develop convenience stores from the ground-up, but to also an operations team that can manage all ongoing fuel, retail and food service operations. As a de-facto 7-Eleven franchisee, CPG is capable of serving as a one-stop-shop for rapid and efficient expansion of the 7-Eleven brand within the South Florida market.
QSR Concept
The Chaudhary Petroleum Group (CPG) has created a Quick-Serve Restaurant (QSR) concept known as Fusion Fresh to compliment the convenience store business. As customer demand for healthy and fresh quick-serve menu options has grown, CDG has developed a prepared foods model that not only controls labor costs but also increases production efficiency.
With years of experience in both the food service and hospitality sectors, the CPG team’ prepared foods model combines innovative food preparation techniques with unique back-of-house systems. These techniques and systems not only improve food quality and efficiency, but also address today’s staffing challenges.
