Adam P. Freedman is the Managing Partner and Chief Financial Officer for LCD Group. Mr. Freedman’s primary responsibilities includes financial analysis, sourcing of capital, risk management, and oversight of accounting operations. 

Mr. Markey is also the cofounder and Partner of Lotis Group (formerly JKM Developers).  Prior to cofounding Lotis in 2008, Mr. Freedman worked alongside Mr. Markey at Boca Raton based EB Developers as a financial analyst, risk manager and chief technology officer. Freedman’s expertise and passion lay in forming strong public-private partnerships and creating financial models for all aspects of development.

Mr. Freedman holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Delaware, where he majored in Finance with minors in Economics and Management Information Systems..
