Jeff Johnson
Director, Construction
Jeff Johnson is the Director of Construction for LCD Group. Jeff is responsible for many aspects of construction, including project buyout; cost projections; contract negotiation and execution; scheduling; and permitting.
Jeff also serves as the Vice President of Operations at Lotis Group (formerly JKM Developers) Prior to joining Lotis, Mr. Johnson was the Director of Purchasing for the Southeast Division of K. Hovnanian Homes for over 10 years. During his tenure with K. Hovnanian, Mr. Johnson managed the project buy-out process for over 5,000 residential units throughout Southeast Florida.
Mr. Johnson is a graduate of Florida State University. He holds a Florida Real Estate License and is a National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Certified Green Professional.
