Melchisedec is the Executive Chef at Fusion Market. He is responsible for product & recipe development, food cost analysis and overall food service coordination with CPG team.
He started his career in food service industry in 1987 in Vriginia. His first job was working as a line cook at Mike's American Grill and there he learned the basics of culinary kitchen. After working at Mike's for few years Melchi joined Morton's as line cook. Melchi grew his career working at Morton's to later become the Executive Chef. During his time at Fusion Market Melchi also worked at Abe&Louise. Melchi later became a Sous Chef at Abe&Louise.
Melchi joined the Fusion Market team to help develop a much needed food concept in C-store business. He not only implemented the concept at store level but also hired and trained all staff. Melchi has worked with CPG's senior management team to understand the QSR concept in C-store and crafted a menu that has been very successful.
